Title Cottage Cheese Dill Bread 
Preparation time A While 
Servings 2 Loaves 
Ingredients 2 pkgs active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 tsp sugar

2 cups cottage cheese
2 Tbsp minced onion (fresh)
2 Tbsp dill weed
1 tsp baking pwdr
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour 
Method Sprinkle yeast on water till blended, stir in sugar

Combine: cottage cheese, onion, dill weed, baking pwdr, salt, sugar & eggs
Mix thoroughly....Add yeast mixture, mix well
Add flour-make a stiff dough. Knead on floured surface till smooth.
Place in a greased bowl - turn to bring greased side up
Cover and let rise till doubled in size (1- 1 1/2 hrs )
Punch down...turn out & knead lightly - divide into 2 loaves & place in pans
Let rise

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
