Title Oreo Cookies

Ingredients Cookies
1 Cake mix (white or chocolate)
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp cooking oil
½ C. Cocoa

Filling
1 Envelope knox gelatine
¼ C. cold water
1 Tbsp plus 1 C. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 C. Crisco
 
Method Cookies
Let stand for 20 minutes. Do not refrigerate. Shape in balls. Flatten with bottom of glass greased once and dipped in nestle quick for each cookie. Bake at 300 for 8 minutes.

Filling
Dissolve gelatine in cold water. Blend Crisco, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add gelatine. Mix and spread between two cookies.
