Title Crepes 
Preparation time  
Servings 4-6 
Ingredients 1 C flour
4 Eggs
2 TBSP sugar
¼ tsp baking powder
1 C Milk
1 TBSP melted butter
¼ C water
Method Combine ingredients except butter in blender and blend thoroughly. Chill mixture in fridge for 1 hour (not necessary when using cold water and milk). Place butter in hot skillet. Make like pancakes.

Toppings can be anything. Mix 1 part peanut butter, 1 part maple syrup, and 1 part butter for a delicious treat. Jams, jellys, and reduced fruits are also good.
