Title Pizza Dough (Stromboli or Calzone as well)

Ingredients 4+1 C flour
½ Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp salt
16 oz warm water
Yeast

Alternate for Deep Dish:
Add 1/2 C of Corn Mean and 1/2 C Olive Oil and use all 5 C of flour from original recipe.
 
Method Dissolve yeast, add to flour slowly. Save 1 cup of flour for dusting and working area. (Make a well of all ingredients except water and yeast, add water to well and slowly add flour by scraping inside of well) Knead well.
Let rise, use as needed.

For pizza, bake @400F for 15 minutes; Calzone @485F for 15
For Scicilian, spread dough in cookie sheet and allow to rise.

For deep dish, use cast iron pan if available.
