Title Mom's Famous Chili

Ingredients 1-2 pounds of ground meat - brown and drain fat off
1 large or 2 small onions, chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
2 peppers chopped
1 large can tomato puree
1 large can chopped tomatoes or if you can get 2 cans rotelle (mild is hot)
5 cans of beans - I use white, navy, kidney, chili and black beans - don't drain the beans - you can just use kidney beans, but the different beans add color and a better taste.
1/4 c chili pepper
garlic chopped - 1 T or 1 tsp garlic powder
sometimes I add a T of vinegar and sugar - depending on the acidity of the tomato's

 
Method saute onions in oil, add celery and peppers, cook until tender - put everything in the pot - bring to boil and then simmer -and cook for 1-3 hours depending on if you have time. Mmmmm Good!
Salt and pepper to taste
