Title Easter Pie

Ingredients Any ready made crust

Filling
8 eggs beaten
3 lbs ricotta cheese
3-lb cans pineapple, crushed or chunk (drained) or not if you like
4 cups boiled rice (cooled) not minute
4 cups sugar
2lbs boiled ham (chopped)
 
Method Mix all ingredients together. Make about 8 pies. Bake at 350 for 1hr or until fork comes out clean. Pineapple should be fine pcs.
