Title Dilly Beans 
Preparation time  
Ingredients 2lbs green beans trimmed
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic
4 heads dill
2 C. Vinegar
Boiling water
Method Pack beans in jars lengthwise whole leaving ¼” head space.
To each pint, add 1 clove garlic, 1 head dill, ¼ tsp cayenne, ½ tsp salt, and ½ cup vinegar.
Fill with boiling water.
Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
