Title Hummus 
Preparation time  
Ingredients 1 bag garbanzo beans
1 spoon baking soda
1/4 cup real lemon juice
2-4 spoons tahini paste
extra virgin olive oil 
Method Soak beans in water and baking soda overnight, 10 to 12 hours. Combine lemon, tahini paste with garbonzo beans and stir into a paste. Add water to acheive desired consistancy. Finish off with olive oil.
