Title Pork BBQ

Ingredients 5-7 lbs Pork shoulder
1 1/4 C Vinegar
1/2 C BBQ sauce
1/2 C Ketchup
Dash of hot sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 C Sugar 
Method Cook shoulder in vinegar, salt and pepper for 12 hours on low in crock pot. Remove from bone and place back in crock pot with 2 cups of the vinegar mixture. Add remaining ingredients, cook on high for 1 hour.
