Ingredients
2/3 C Worcesterchire Sauce
2/3 C Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1-2 lbs venison, beef, bear, beaver...
Method
Mix all ingredients except meat of choice. Slice meat into 1/8" or thinner slices. Partially freeze to make slicing easier and also ensure all fat is removed.
Place slices into zip lock bag with ingredients and place in refrigerator for 3-6 hours. Shake occasionally if you remember.
Remove meat from brine and pat dry with paper towels. Place into dehydrator for 12 or more hours.
