Bescialmella Sauce

Ingredients
6 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp flour
3 C warmed milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Method
Melt butter. When butter foams, add flur with whisk. Gradually add warmed milk and cook while whisking frequently and sauce thickens, approximately 20 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in balance of ingredients and serve or use accordingly.
