Title Brunswick Stew 
Preparation time 5 hours 
Servings 12 
Ingredients 1 (1 1/2 lb) stewing chicken
1/2 lb pork sausage, crumbled
1 lb boneless beef stew meat
1 (2lb) can stewed tomatoes
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb chopped onions
1 1/2 lb diced potatoes
1 can cut kernel corn, drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 can lima beans, drained
1/2 C vinegar
3/8 C lemon juice
1 Tbsp salt
black pepper to taste
2-3 Tbsp Tabasco sauce 
Method Cook chicken, debone and cut into pieces. Brown beef and sausage (skim all fat from these meats). Peel onions and potatoes, dice, chop or run through food processor. Add broth from chicken into a crock-pot or stewing pot. Add vegetables. Cook about 15 to 20 minutes. Add meat and all other ingredients. Cook on low heat until well done, approximately 4 hours. Freezes well.
